Wafaqi Tax Mohtasib (FTO) Mobile App

This App connects tax aggrieved persons with the FTO Secretariat and allows them to lodge their complaints against Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). The list of FBR offices is provided in the App. The complaint is registered online and becomes part of the Complaint Management Information System (CMIS) of the Federal Tax Ombudsman Secretariat. You will receive an SMS & email alert within no time after lodging complaint which will confirm the registration of complaint. You can select either Head Office (Islamabad) or any regional office (Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala) nearest to you and your complaint will be heard at the selected station.
